Our entire body is naturally wired to our brain, the central nervous system from which the body is controlled. Our soul lives in the body and is in tune or direct connect with the entirety of the Divine love light energy in the universe which can be described as spirit. For as long as this connect between soul and the Divine is maintained/sustained, there is harmony between the individual and the Divine love light energy within him or her. The individual has no need for external search/quest for the Divine and venerates or makes Idols or graven images of nothing external having found the Divine light and love within him or herself, (Exodus 20:4-5, John 4:24) God is invisible (Deut. 4:12,15). This light is sought for and found within by waking up in, and dwelling/guarding the body’s temple or sanctuary to clean it and keep away all forms of negative thoughts; resolving all activated or alighting thoughts with positivity, love and knowing which connote radiance or light. This is only possible when we are present in the here and now and totally surrendered to the Spirit Divine or universal love light energy. This is what the five (5) wise virgins did in Jesus’s bible narrative on the ten (10) virgins and the bride groom (Mathew 5:1-13). On the other hand, separation from the Spirit Divine, though an illusion for Its Omnipresence, Omnipotence and Omniscience, is strongly impressed on the individual, especially those that are not yet awake within the body’s temple or sanctuary to guard it from the hypnotic influence of the illusive mind (memory, imagination lobes and pituitary in natural process). The mind, in the process of our material earthly transcendental experiential journey creates several impressions that are not true/real. For instance the mere fact that we lay down our body during transition is impressed on us as the terminal point of our lives, when “death” is merely a point of change of dimension and therefore an illusion in reality. Nobody actually dies. Life is a continuous circle of change of dimensions, sphere, realms or mansions in search of translation/transfiguration to perfect or invariable light which is the Divine love and light. So the mind in its natural activity externalizes our attention on the physical environment perceivable by our physical senses and seeks to keep our attention therein. That function of the mind once formed within the human physiology, has brought about great scientific and religious adventures, improvements, material developments in our global civilization. But do these humongous and sophisticated infrastructural developments translate to inner peace, harmony, security/safety and love among humans generally? We strongly doubt it, as socio-political, economic and cultural debasing pressures on humans can be said to be progressive in virtually all the countries/nations of the world. The level of economically motivated military/terrorist maneuvers and manipulations all over the world is becoming alarming. The mind, as illusive as it is, has no limitation in its external material quest and this has bred lack of contentment and dissatisfaction. The mind should therefore be introspectively interrogated. This is only possible after we have separated ourselves from our minds and have become observers of all thought treads reeled before us by our minds. This is an engaging process/effort rooted in consciousness or being awake within. It involves attention and being present in the here and now to ensure that no thought passes unexamined and purified, where necessary, to open the pathway for the dawning of the light of the Divine within us. To do the contrary is to continue to work with the illusions of the mind inclusive of the illusion of separation from the Divine which indwells us. This illusion of separation leads us through all manner of humiliating difficult and expensive external struggles in search of a loving father which is a being of love and light, squarely located within us all and expecting our embrace by the pure quality of our thoughts, feelings and actions founded on truth to the best of our knowledge.
